  The delivery was a little later than planned- this was due to the courier service and not them. I emailed Hamilton watches and they replied immediately and dealt with it. I then was really pleasantly surprised to have a delivery of some Hamilton branded items as way of an apology from them along with a handwritten note. Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend.
