Reviewed on 28-09-2023Hamilton customer service was very helpful and reassuring when UPS, the delivery firm, incorrectly recorded on their tracking that the item had been delivered to the customer who met them. In fact it had been thrown over a very high locked gate at a different address in the next village, half a mile away, when that homeowner was out for the day.They phoned to let me know in the evening so that I could collect it. UPS were not interested when I phoned to let them know where their driver had delivered the item. Your customer service on the other hand went above and beyond with a kind gift for my inconvenience.

Reviewed on 28-09-2023I’m very satisfied with this strap. It was bought to replace the original yellowish strap that came on a desert sand khaki mechanical officer. I might dye that original strap dark brown. It took a while to arrive but I guess it was maybe posted from Switzerland.
