Reviewed on 31-08-2022I wanted the khaki day date with the leather strap priced at £730.00. The website said it was in stock but when i tried to order it was told it was not available. Several emails later I was able to place an order and delivery from Switzerland was very quick. The watch is beatiful. The untreated 18mm leather strap which has two layers between wrist and watch, apart from being as absorbant as blotting paper, makes the watch very sloppy on the wrist. I have changed it for a stitched leather strap which suits the look and feel of such a good timepiece. Since receiving and setting the watch it has lost less than half a second each day, a total of 11 seconds in a month. Apart from my criticism of the strap, I am delighted with my purchase. Would it not be possible, when ordering a watch, to have options regarding the choice of strap?
