Reviewed on 20-11-2020I was able to find and order the item easily on your website as I knew exactly the watch strap I wanted to purchase as a replacement for an existing one. In all your emails to me you correctly identified it as black, however, on the paperwork that was enclosed with the item when I received it, it stated brown. In order to check that I had indeed been sent the correct one, I had to open the envelope it was so nicely packaged in. I was so disappointed that I had to do that as I had bought it as a gift and would have liked to have given it unopened to my son (that is the reason I only gave 4 stars ~ otherwise it would have been 5!)

Reviewed on 01-11-2020I can't understand the impossibility of ordering a product (spare part) directly to the Czech Republic. It is possible to the UK, DE, FR and IT and even with FREE shipping! It is sent from Biel, Switzerland. I do not understand!!
