Where my Hamilton order can be delivered? 

All orders made through hamiltonwatch.com/en-hk/ can only be delivered to Hong Kong addresses, which excludes Sha Tau Kok (inside restricted area), Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Closed Area, Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lantau Island and P.O. Boxes. 

When will I receive my Hamilton order? 

We are currently offering Express Delivery for all purchases. Unless otherwise advised, orders will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days in Hong Kong (subject to a maximum of 30 days) after the date of order. 

Please note that delivery might be delayed during public holiday.

When will my Hamilton order be shipped? 

Orders placed after 11:30am HKT will be processed on the following working day. 

Please note that orders requested a bracelet alteration service might be delayed for a maximum of 2 business days.

Will I have to pay any delivery cost upon my Hamilton order? 

We are pleased to advise that there will be free express delivery on all watch orders placed on this website. Delivery cost will be charged for orders under HKD$3,000. Exact amount will be calculated on checkout page.

How can I track my Hamilton order? 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details. Please note that it might take some time for the tracking information to become available on the courier website. 

Can I request my Hamilton parcel to be sent to a collection point or PO Box? 

For security reasons, we do not deliver to collection points or PO Box addresses. 

*Please note that all deliveries require a signature and can only be delivered to the original delivery address provided at the point of order.
