Reviewed on 16-11-2023The delivery was a little later than planned- this was due to the courier service and not them. I emailed Hamilton watches and they replied immediately and dealt with it. I then was really pleasantly surprised to have a delivery of some Hamilton branded items as way of an apology from them along with a handwritten note. Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend.

Reviewed on 16-11-2023Only problem I had was I went to purchase, PayPal glitched out and the money came out of my account. I didn't get an order number even though the money came out of my account. Rang customer service who said that there was no order of mine. But 20 minutes later the money went back into the account and I purchased using my debit card instead and everything went smoothly after that.
