I received email updates regarding my order so I was informed every step of the way. The watch arrived extremely well-packaged and was in pristine condition. I will say that the watch was too large (we had used the sizing guide) but we were able to take it to a local jeweler to adjust for only $12. Overall, very happy with my experience!
