My watch was never initially delivered as UPS lost the package in transit, but working with Hamilton customer service, they did everything they could to push the issue with UPS, get the claim resolved, and get me a replacement sent and delivered overnight.

Reviewed on 01-03-2023I originally bought the wrong size and had to exchange it. Upon receiving the initial bracelet it came in a box which was a great presentation and keepsake to hold the bracelet when i am not wearing it. When I made the exchange though, it was sent in a plastic bag.
