Reviewed on 08-03-2022You need to allow your customers the option to have UPS hold their package at the UPS location. I am always working when UPS shows up so nobody is home to sign for it. If you're going to require a signature then don't prevent me from having UPS hold the package at the hub so I can drive down and sign for it.
