Reviewed on 07-18-2022I love Hamilton watches. Great price and quality. My only small complaint would be to add an option for delivery preferences. In my case, I just ordered a watch band for an event that I had to go to over the weekend. Even though it arrived on time with days to spare, I was not able to get it because it required a signature to receive, and I was always at work. Pleading with the shipping company didn’t work because the person receiving the package cannot make changes to the delivery. To make matters even more frustrating, on the 3rd attempt(when I was already gone at the event) they accidentally delivered it to my neighbors house and she signed for it. Once she realized it was mine she put it in my mailbox and it was there when I returned. Great band. I even tried getting ahold of Hamilton watches to change the delivery option but it didn’t work. I’m still giving this 5 stars because the quality was great and the shipping was fast. I guess I just have bad luck.
