However having missed the initial delivery attempt, I reached out to customer service to direct the package to a nearby UPS store since signature was required. The representative refused to assist and told me my best bet was to order a new watch and send it to a different address, then return the original watch for a refund if I was able to get it. It was very frustrating, since timing was important as I was buying it as a gift.
