Reviewed on 05-05-2022Overall good experience on the website. The only disappointment was that I used the sizing function to measure my wrist. The watch clearly came not sized. I inquired with the service group and it took a week for them to respond. By then, I had taken to a Hamilton authorized jeweler for sizing. Kinda defeats purpose of buying online.

Reviewed on 05-05-2022I really like the watch strap that I ordered. But, my buying experience wasn't great. I sent an email to get some information and didn't receive a reply for a few days. So, I called and spoke to someone on the phone. The person I spoke with told me one thing. Then, I received an email reply a few days later with information contradicting what the guy on the phone told me. It was confusing and annoying to be told different things and to stress about my order.

Reviewed on 05-05-2022Hamilton Site is very well laid out and aesthetically pleasing. My one recommendation is make it easier to switch from the international site to the regional site. I’m traveling and was automatically directed to the international site, and it took some time before I globally figured out how to get to the American site.
