Reviewed on 05-21-2021I ordered the watch on a Friday morning in order to get the next day delivery since I live a 15 minute drive from the Secaucus facility that the watch was shipped from. I double checked my order and say multiple times in my order process that this would get next day delivery. The watch did not ship until Monday and I did not get the watch until Tuesday. 5 days from placement of order and no way to contact customer service over the weekend was very frustrating. I was ok with the wait, but don't present that this would be next day and if ordered before noon that day you can get next day service. The watch itself is great and I love it.
