I emailed customer service 10 days after placing my order, as I had not received any communication regarding shipping status. Received and automated email two days after, stating there had been a discrepancy in inventory and my order would be shipped in the next two days. Received my order and have been wearing it. Finally received a follow up email from a customer service rep more than a week after I initially inquired about that status and had been wearing my watch for almost a week. Response time was definitely lacking.

Once I got my tracking info, it didn't really say which courrier service it was, and clicking on the link didn't take you anywhere other than another part of the Hamilton site. I had to take the tracking number, and use it on different courrier website, until I hit the right which was of course FedEx. My email enquiry wasn't answered either, and i wish you guys had a phone number we could call.
