I ordered my watch sized, but it arrived with all links in the bracelet. I called customer service about this issue and was on-hold for almost 1/2 an hour, with no solution offered. I ordered it sized because I live 30 minutes from the nearest city—so because of the oversight I lost over an hour of my time and the money it cost to get it sized. And the wooden box my watch was in arrived in damaged condition—with scratches on the top. Lastly, I ordered my watch before business hours on a Wednesday, and it didn’t arrive until the following Monday despite the 2nd day shipping promise. The issues I had weren’t a big deal, I suppose, but still wasn’t what I was expecting. I would probably order from Hamilton again, but I’m not exactly shouting praises of recommendation to friends and family or anything. I’d probably tell people to go ahead and give you guys a try, but with the caveat to lower expectations. Watch is about 2 seconds slow after 6 days if you’re interested in that.
