Ideal customer service reply should have been, "Apologies. We'll contact you as soon as it's up and assist with your order." Also, I'm a former Marine (Desert Storm) and currently an active police officer. I was disappointed to learn Hamilton offers a discount to active-duty military only. Consider expanding that criteria?
