Reviewed on 02-16-2021I bought 2 new watch straps for my 2 Hamilton watches. They arrived on my doorstep 2 days later. Outstanding!! Leather straps are great quality, albeit a bit pricey. But... I wanted to have the Hamilton clasp match the watch. Great product and exceptional service. Five stars. I had trouble finding straps and accessories on the website. I ended up sending a message to customer service and received an auto-reply (never did receive an actual reply) that had a link to the straps and accessories part of the webpage. Each time I wanted to go to straps, I had to go back to that email and click the link. It wouldn’t bother me if the link to straps and accessories was as bit more accessible.

This is my first hand-wind watch and while some people may find this inconvenient, it is something I look forward to each morning! Swapping out bands is a breeze which makes the watch extremely versatile.
