Reviewed on 09-16-2020Excellent site, very easy and nice to navigate. All the info I want is usually available. Though I recall about a year ago when I was shopping for a graduation gift for myself there used to be the option to have the bracelet adjusted for an online order. Yet when I went to purchase the watch that option was gone. Presumably due to Covid but without a jewelry shop nearby, or open, I had to make do with my own tools. Thankfully some ingenuity, a nice small rubber mallet, and a phone sim card tool with a lot of patience fixed that. Still was difficult.
