Reviewed on 02-01-2024I wanted my watch band to be adjusted before it was shipped. This was not done. Now, I must send the watch back for adjustment. I took it to my jewler, who did not have the pins required for adjustment. What a Hassel!!! The emails and required documentation to send back the watch for adjustment is complicated. I had to take a picture of the warranty before a shipping lable could be sent. I also wanted to send my privious watch to have 2 numbers on the face fixed. This seemed very complicated. In addition, the price for the adjustments were unavailable.
