As a lover of mechanical watches, I feel a little dirty spending so much money on a quartz watch. On the other hand, I absolutely love the aesthetic design and the story of the Ventura, and getting this modern reissue was substantially easier than sourcing an original! Have already received numerous compliments from folks as I wear it around, it's definitely a central piece of my wardrobe at the moment.
