Everyone comments on the great retro look this watch has. But it is terribly precise. I love the way the display looks when it is off, you can still read the time!

I love that it’s strap is solid, not hollow like the original pulsar’ also I love how the time is always visible softly in the back ground, that will save the battery. I had one as a young boy and could kill the battery in a week. I will open this watch for Christmas (2022) and will judge it more. I love many certain vintage watches of many brands and I’m so happy that Hamilton made this watch to look like the original, but preforms much better that the original.

Great reissue of a 70's classic. The watch is beautiful and the band is of even higher quality than I expected.

My husband wanted a digital watch that did not include all sorts of other data and that looked dressy. This watch was just what he had in mind.

I actually own the original 1973 pulsar watch in 14k gold (mint condition). It was wonderful to have a contemporary version in stainless steel, sapphire glass water resistant but more importantly the display illuminated was identical to the original version which other manufacturers of LED (andLCD) fail to understand the aesthetic value. (BTW always on is an excellent feature even though it uses a different display character-nice touch)!

This is a reissue of the world’s first digital watch, which references a clock that Hamilton designed as a prop for “2001: A Space Odyssey” and which was worn by NASA astronauts on a few missions in the late 20th century. I got it for my husband for his 50th birthday, which had a space travel theme. He had previously told me that he loved this watch, but when I looked at it online, I didn’t really understand why. Once I opened the box, though, I totally got it: with its minimalist digital display and hefty metal case, this is one fine-looking, sexy watch. The squarish face offers a retro-cool alternative to the ubiquitous and dorky Apple Watch. The old-school jeweler who sized it for us said that his customers who had the originals in the 1970s were always having to come in to get the batteries replaced because they ran down so quickly. Thankfully, that issue seems to have been resolved!
