For a NATO-type inspired strap, this one is a bit goofy: (1) The strap cannot be interchanged without first removing the two strap pins, which somewhat detracts from a primary function of a NATO strap; (2) The strap is too short—even for my small wrist—for the end of the strap to nestle into the metal loop that is normally present to hold the excess strap length folded over on itself, as is the case with a normal NATO strap. As such, I feel that this strap should measure two inches longer so that any excess of strap length may be fed through the last strap loop and folded back on itself and secured in the same loop. As it is, I have about one inch of the end of the strap just dangling because it is too short to even extend into the last metal strap loop. I feel stupid having this expensive branded strap affixed to my $800 watch. A $15 NATO strap I originally bought to use in place of the Hamilton leather strap performs flawlessly. This band was purchased for use on the KHAKI AVIATION PILOT PIONEER. Despite these complaints, the quality and visual design features of the strap are highly appealing. Just make it longer. Thank you.
