Love the watch, but it does seem like the second ticks are off 12-3 section of the watch.

I really enjoy the watch and it's quality. Only negative is the strap is rather long for my wrist and I'm on the second to last notch to get a good fit. My wrist is about a 6.75. But overall it's a lovely watch.
